A Historic First

This morning Emily came into our bedroom at 7:00am as usual. To our surprise she had changed out of her sleeping clothes and gotten herself completely dressed!

She has been dressing herself for several weeks now. Usually she must be prompted and even then it can turn into a tantrum. This morning she was beaming with pride and in the greatest of moods (she's not usually a morning person). Needless to say, mommy and I were thrilled and gave her lots of praise, hugs and kisses.
